Welcome to Riverbay this beautiful lake home is truly one of a kind! This property requires a 31-day rental with a $500.00 security deposit. Walking into the main level you will adore the wonderful open floor plan with a large tastefully updated kitchen and half bath. A spacious dining room with French doors leading you out to the back deck over looking the lake. Gather in the cozy and airy living room with enough seating for the whole family to enjoy around the TV and fireplace. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level with a king bed, 4th bathroom, and half bath.

Outside you will fall in love with the gorgeous flat yard leading you to your own private dock. Enjoy the firepit in the back yard that is perfect setting for a smores night. Or gather around the fire table on the dock to bask in a beautiful Southwest Virginia Sunset. On the dock you can keep your refreshments cool in the fridge and spend the whole day by the water under the covered sitting area. The dock has a covered boat slip that is for renter use. The decks have plenty of patio furniture, including tables, chairs, and lounge chairs, and a gas grill for your use.
